Briefly, we follow the rules of the Seattle Robotics Society, available at:  http://www.robothon.org/Robothon2009/sumo.php with some small modifications to meet the requirements of our on-line broadcast.  We are especially influenced by the guidelines stated by Pete Miles in his book Robot Sumo, The Official Guide ISBN 0-07222617-X, 2002 McGraw-Hill Osborne.
